Account Manager / Trainee Field Sales Exec | London, EC1R 3AL| Full Time | £30,000-£32,000 basic & £60,000 OTE

We fully understand the needs and requirements of a wide range of business verticals, including small to medium enterprises, corporate businesses, Councils, Education, and Healthcare.

Hours of work will be 9am -5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am – 4pm (Friday).

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Previous experience within a Telesales / Customer Service environment desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Sound Microsoft office skills particularly in Word & Excel

What will your role look like?

  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for Sales Executives with the emphasis on high quality appointments
  • Managing around 100 A8mt customers who have one service with us and expanding those services out further, encouraging them to take other services
  • Lead generation through calling activity and other means of activity to generate leads for senior account managers
  • Opportunity to visit clients face to face 1-2 days per week
  • Assisting marketing activities with new business records, email campaigns, CRM management and contract data capturing
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific Industry sectors
  • Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the Sales Executives
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Use social media platforms to generate new contacts and connections
  • Assist in sales event management, planning & filling with attendees
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise ideas
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
  • You may be required, from time to time, to undertake other duties by your Manager or a Director of the Company that is within your range of skills and abilities
