Active8 Helpdesk during Summer Holidays

We have been asked once or twice recently if we will be available to provide helpdesk support during the summer break and would like to clarify that our helpdesk will operate during standard hours as follows:

Monday – Friday   08:30 – 17:00

(With the exception of the summer bank holiday – 25th August)
