We would like to wish all of our clients a Happy Christmas and New Year, we look forward to working with you all in 2016.
We would like to make you aware of our opening hours over the festive period. As per our usual helpdesk process, our response times to your requests vary depending on the type of issue, and whether it’s inside or outside of our core working hours:
- Thursday 24th December: Business as usual
- Friday 25th December: Office closed
- Monday 28th, Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th December – Business as usual
- Thursday 31st December – engineer on call
- Friday 1st January: Office closed
- Monday 4th January: Back to normal!
