Trainee Sales Executive £25k – 70k Per Year

Trainee Sales Executive | Newark| Full Time | OTE of £25,000 in the first 24 months, moving to circa of OTE £70,000

Our three core offerings are Managed Print Services, IT Services, and Hosted Telephony. We have regional offices across North, South, East Anglia, Midlands, and London.

We bring the latest Managed Print, Telephone, and IT Systems to the workplace, backed by our expertise, integrity, and proven after-sales service.

We fully understand the needs and requirements of a wide range of business verticals, including small to medium enterprises, corporate businesses, Councils, Education, and Healthcare.

Hours of work will be 8.30am -5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Previous B2B telesales/telemarketing experience is not essential but advantageous
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (particularly in Word & Excel)
  • Capable of thriving within a team
  • Experience using a customer database (advantageous)
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A proactive and flexible approach
  • The ability to work using own initiative and without constant supervision.

What will your role look like?

  • Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads using a number of tools such as Social-Media, Data researching tools, networking and events, Reaching out to our clients or key stakeholders via phone calls and following up on quotes, Responding to any customer enquiries
  • Updating the customer database system
  • Ensuring monthly targets are met or exceeded
  • Comprehensive sales training and mentorship provided during first 24 months providing you with the best opportunity to enhance your career in sales
  • On completion of the 24-month sales training programme, company car allowance of £450 will be made available to those successful
  • OTE of £70,000 once qualified
