Following on from our last email regarding the issue installing/updating apps on iOS devices in Lincolnshire schools, we have received notification from Mouchel that they have implemented a firewall rule centrally which should have resolved the issue.
We have tested this at two sites today and are now able to install/update apps as normal. If you have been experiencing this issue please try again when you get chance and let us know of any further problems.
