We are aware lots of our school clients are experiencing intermittent issues with iPad’s when trying to install apps/updates etc.
We have had numerous conversations with Mouchel about this who have since escalated the issue onto KCOM. We have received an update this afternoon to say that KCOM have acknowledged there is an ongoing issue on their platform which is currently affecting all Lincolnshire school sites.
We will update you again when we receive a further update on this matter.
